This mortgage payment calculator is a finance tool intended to assist in the evaluation of several mortgage scenarios. You simply enter the loan amount (borrowed amount), the interest rate, the years of the loan, and optionally the real estate taxes, condominium maintenance fee, and cost for the insurance premium. The application then calculates the monthly principal and interest repayment along with the PITI (principal, interest, taxes, and insurance). It also calculates the complete repayment amount if the loan was to be kept until maturity. Great tool for first time buyers, real estate agents / salespersons, brokers, loan originators, lenders, bankers, bank employees, and many more.
